Services and agreements
Each project is described in a written proposal or agreement setting out its scope, schedule and price. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your agreement. Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received. Prices on this website are starting points and may change; your quoted price is fixed once agreed in writing.
Ownership and rights
You keep all rights to your manuscript. Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including the manuscript, cover and interior files. Licensed third-party assets such as fonts and stock images remain subject to their licences. We may show completed covers in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Royalties
Retailer and distribution accounts are opened in your name and royalties are paid directly to you. We do not take a share of your book sales.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the material you provide is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You are responsible for reviewing and approving each deliverable.
Revisions and approvals
Each service includes the revision rounds stated in your agreement. Approved stages are considered final; further changes may be quoted separately.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to your agreement and depend on the work completed at the time of the request. Please contact us first; most concerns can be resolved directly.
No guarantee of sales
We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, awards or acceptance by any third-party retailer, which operate under their own policies.

Limitation of liability
